Bandwagon Entertainment is in pre-production on a brand new Disney Channel comedy series called “I Didn’t Do it”. The pilot episode was shot in January, 2013 and Disney announced that the show was picked up to series on June 18, 2013. The Disney casting directors will be holding auditions for co-starring, recurring, and guest starring roles as well as day players. Extras and stand-ins will be cast throughout the first season. Shooting begins in Los Angeles in August/September 2013. The show will be casting many actors to play high school students, and especially needed will be extras who are 18 and over who can play younger.

“I Didn’t Do It” is about Lindy and Logan Watson, who are fourteen year old fraternal twin high school freshmen. Lindy has evolved from a scrawny sarcastic kid to a very attractive girl, and boys are taking notice. Her over-achieving best friend Jasmine helps her become comfortable with her new hot looks, and Lindy sets her sights on a cute football player named Seth. Logan grew up in competition with his sister right out of the womb. Now that he is in high school, he wants to transform into a popular guy. Together with their best friends Garrett, Jasmine, and Delia the twins navigate their freshman year. At the start of each episode, a flashback occurs that shows a comedic “what just happened?” situation as Lindy and Logan each describe their own vivid account of a certain occurrence or predicament.

Starring in “I Didn’t Do It” is Radio Disney Music Award winner Olivia Holt playing Lindy Watson. Holt has been playing the role of Kim in the Disney XD series “Kickin’ It” since the first season. She has also appeared in the Disney Channel series “Shake It Up!” and the Disney Channel Original Movie “Girl Vs. Monster”. Also starring in “I Didn’t Do It” is newcomer Austin North playing Logan Watson. North has had small roles on “Kickin’ It”, “General Hospital,” “A.N.T. Farm,” and “See Dad Run”. Rounding out the first roles is Piper Curda, Sarah Gilman, and Peyton Clark playing the twins best friends Jasmine, Delia, and Garrett respectively. Curda has been a series regular on the Disney Online Originals show “Rule the Mix” among several other shows, while Gilman and Clark are newcomers.

Tod Himmel and Josh Silverstein created the show and are head writers. Himmel will executive produce while Silverstein will serve as supervising producer. Silverstein has written for the Disney Channel series “That’s So Raven” starring Raven-Symoné and Orlando Brown, and it’s spin-off series “Cory in the House” starring Kyle Massey and Jason Dolley, “So Random!” starring Tiffany Thornton and Sterling Knight, and it’s parent series “Sonny with a Chance” starring Demi Lovato. Tod Himmel has a long list of writing and producing credits that span two decades. His credits include “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch,” “Suddenly Susan,” “Everybody Loves Raymond,” “Hope & Faith,” and “90210”. Emmy Award winner Judd Pillot is also executive producing.
