@officialMiaT .. A very suspicious account for Mia Talerico

We all know and love little Mia Talerico who plays Charlie on Disney’s Good Luck Charlie.. We’ve watched her grow up right in front of our eyes from a little baby to a pre-schooler- to a big sister!

We on Twitter would love for her to have an account but she’s just a young girl. Some child actresses have parents who run / monitor their accounts. Every so often an account claiming to be Mia or her mom has appeared. They never had proof and usually deleted.

Well 6 days ago @officialMiaT opened an account claiming to be Claire, Mia’s mom.

I’ve been to Good Luck Charlie tapings. Mia’s scenes are always filmed during the week and played on monitors for the live audience. Sometimes Mia has been at tapings but her mom keeps her away from the spotlight! I actually met Mia and Bradley and their parents at a Bob’s Big Boy. Bradley remembered me and was very sweet letting me take a pic with him and giving me an autograph for my friend who has a crush on him. The grown ups were saying Bradley looked like Bob!! They were all teasing him for fun. We asked Claire if Mia was allowed to take pics. She said.. ” We aren’t allowing pictures, sorry” We respected that even though we really wanted a pic!!

Well this account opened and had an odd profile pic…

This seems like an odd choice for a mom to choose. We all know Mia. It’s not like we can’t find pics of her online. Why use this one?
We found it on a fake FaceBook

We know it’s fake because the spelling and grammar are poor

Also, this just doesn’t fit with a mom who’s overprotective.

So back to the Twitter account. Claire said she opened the account because Mia wanted to “communicate with her fans”
Most parents of a 4 yr old don’t let the child make such a big decision. Also, this didn’t fit with a private parent!

Then later in response to my question she said she started the account because the “cast talked her into it”

Well, if the cast asked her to start the account for Mia, you’d think they would be her first followers or the first people Claire tweeted. The cast was just taping their last show of season 3 the week she opened the account.
But no one on the cast followed. Claire didn’t tweet any members of the cast.
And really which is it Mia or the cast ?? It isn’t like a lot of time passed she wouldn’t have forgotten.

So this account is looking pretty fake.
Well most posers tweet me and Davis Cleveland. It turns out Mia really likes “Flynn” and wanted to meet Davis on the last day of filming. Somehow “Claire” knew this and Mia and Flynn met up on the GLC set and Hilary Zwick and others took tons of pics.

Davis asked @officialMiaT to post pics and here was her reply

Why would it matter if Mia was asleep?

Also at some point I asked “Claire” what they were teasing Bradley about outside of Bob’s Big Boy. She never answered!

Well she got about 200 followers when Davis was tweeting her. It seemed like she was real.

Davis never called Claire or asked if this account was real in person. It was very busy with everyone talking and Mia being so cute.. High fiving and hugging him with tons of people taking pictures.

The next day .. Today 7/14/12 @officialMiaT said she would be posting “original” pics this evening.

Every so often I reminded her that this would be great!! Fans want to be sure accounts are real!

Then she posted this:

Why tell us where you are if you are “overprotective”? I have never seen a parent tweet anything like this.

We were all waiting for those pics to get posted and she tweeted this

Ok she’s home packing .. Maybe she’ll post pics soon …

Then this…

Wait?? What?? She was home right??

I questioned what was taking so long .. She had been home. She said she was out doing errands but Mia was asleep. At some point she blocked me. Then she told other followers she’d Skype for a few seconds in the morning!

When people asked why she would block me for just asking for proof she said this.

I tweeted her 10 times over the whole day. One time she even RT’d and often she replied. HOW does a mom NEW to twitter know about Spamming? Blocking ? Reporting ? And why not just post one little picture??? Why have a “fan Skype” for only a few seconds.. They have an early morning flight?!?!?

So fans were asking for the pictures she was promising the while day..
She even said “within the hour”

And then she posted this!

Also, another strange thing. She started following random fans. Most protective parents like Zendaya’s and China’s don’t let them follow anyone they don’t know … Seems weird for a 4 yr old with a protective mom to follow random fans.

So.., this wasn’t easy. I WANTED to believe this was Mia’s mom. Too many things are telling me it isn’t!

There just is NO reason to block me when I’m looking out for Mia and her fans. I’ve been busting Mia’s posers (and other posers) for a long time!!

I read some people who really want to believe her. They are saying “just block and ignore haters! I know you are really Claire.”
Well no one knows without proof. If people say that I think they just want an RT, reply or follow … I don’t know why getting an RT, reply or follow from a poser would make a anyone happy.
But I know in Twitter for some people that IS a big deal.

So @officialmiaT probably isn’t going to go away. As I’ve said all along, she could prove she’s real with one pic.. Mia holding a piece of paper with her Twitter Name .. Or a pic of her at the after party that MOM took..

That’s it for now.. I’ll provide updates but it’s going to be easy for her to say she isn’t going to Tweet because she’s on “vacation”

Funny that on the show Charlie’s grandma also lived in Chicago ..
